My precedent research diagrams, generated in Revit.
There are many interesting things about the project:
a) The adjacency of the raised train rail. The architects dealt with this issue, and the issues of noise and vibration from this rail, but utilizing a separated corrugated facade that the interior of the building attaches to.
b) The central corridor and stairway creates an open, shared space from which access to all the apartments is made.
c) Achieving high energy standards by using interior color, lighting, orientation (south-facing windows)
d) The mixture of apartment typologies. Most are very compact single-bedroom apartments, with two-story two or three bedroom apartments on the top two stories. This mixture of typologies allows different family types to reside in the same building.
