ReplyDeleteB: Rotate the kitchens, so they are not facing the exterior wall. This also can cause problems with the connection to the cores. Cores should be in general closer to the center than the exterior facade.
Also, you have a sleeping room without exterior windows. Its oriented towards the center. Not good....

ReplyDeletethe atrium square footage could be used for the apartments. As you have a way better illumination of your apartments now, you dont need the atrium, the site size does not account for that either...
